Objective: To provide a structured, proactive framework to ensure the safety of members, minimize damage to church property, and maintain or restore essential functions during and after a crisis.
Functions:
- Incident coordination – coordinate response and make critical decisions
- Communications – manage information and updates with stakeholders
- Logistics – coordinates resources and supplies
- Volunteers – coordinates activities of volunteers enabled through church members
- MFD – manages all aspects of church property utilization and function
- FRD – responsible for financial reporting and accountability and access to church financial resources
- Mental Health – assess, support and provide emotional first aid
- Temporal Needs –
- Members – ensure essential needs are being met
- Community – coordinate with NGO’s for immediate needs and assist in recovery efforts
