Europe Central Area Emergency Operation Center Plan

Objective: To provide  a structured, proactive framework to ensure the safety of members, minimize damage to church property, and maintain or restore essential functions during and after a crisis.

Functions:

  • Incident coordination – coordinate response and make critical decisions
  • Communications – manage information and updates with stakeholders
  • Logistics – coordinates resources and supplies
  • Volunteers – coordinates activities of volunteers enabled through church members
  • MFD – manages all aspects of church property utilization and function
  • FRD – responsible for financial reporting and accountability and access to church financial resources
  • Mental Health – assess, support and provide emotional first aid
  • Temporal Needs
    • Members – ensure essential needs are being met
    • Community – coordinate with NGO’s for immediate needs and assist in recovery efforts
