  • Understand Church culture and basics of working through others
  • Understand PBO and dept. vision
  • Temple and other activities (Team Building) monthly
  • Provide overview of different departments
  • Half-day experience once a month in different departments
  • Meet the Area Presidency and DTA
  • Networking
  • Meeting with an Area Manager/leader each month (purpose is to have a holistic perspective of the department)
