- Leadership Pattern Journey course participation
- Understand Church culture and basics of working through others
- Understand PBO and dept. vision
- Temple and other activities (Team Building) monthly
- Provide overview of different departments
- Half-day experience once a month in different departments
- Meet the Area Presidency and DTA
- Networking
- Meeting with an Area Manager/leader each month (purpose is to have a holistic perspective of the department)
